Mike Cairl


For the last 24 years Mike has performed detailed analysis of national defense, industrial production and mass transportation systems, in order to establish project scoping and definition of deliverables. In these roles Mike has analyzed systems with respect to corporate strategy, vendor management, risk management and mitigation, and effective long-term program/project management. His exposure to complex and diverse issues has given him an understanding of the criteria for successful vendor management and supply logistics systems and the business impacts and risks that need to be accounted for when corporation and governments work with vendors and suppliers. He has recently consulted independently on global/international project contracts. Mike holds degrees from Fordham University (BA - magna cum laude) and Columbia University (MIA).
